Q: How much do I get in an order/How big is the taffy?
A: We sell our taffy by the bar, so a quantity of one is one bar of taffy. Our bars of taffy are about 6-8 inches long and about 1 inch wide. This is a completely handmade product so there will be slight variations!
Q: Who do you ship with?
A: We use USPS for all of our orders.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: Since we hand-make all of our product before packing orders it will take about 2-7 days for an order to be packed and shipped out.
Q: Why is my taffy harder than salt water taffy?
A: We make our taffy in a special way to help it not melt while also not using preservatives. It will still be nice and soft and chewy when you begin to eat it! A couple of tips to make your taffy a bit softer when it arrives is to let it sit in the sun for a little while or microwave it for just a few seconds.
Q: How do I keep my taffy fresh/how should I store it?
A: Since we don’t use any preservatives in our products they don’t have a long shelf life if not stored properly, ie: out in the open. The best way to keep your taffy fresh is to put it in an airtight bag, make sure it’s sealed and put it in the freezer until you’re ready to eat it.
